Our fresh filo dough is a rectangular dough,  which is seperately packed in 2 x 2 sheets and produces magnificently pastry for 2 - 3 people.

WEWALKA filo dough is fresh, streched to the correct thickness, pre-cut into individual sheets and ready for use. You need only shape the pastry into the shape of choice, fill as you wish, roll it in and then off it goes into the oven or hot oil. Arrange and enjoy.
